Certain emails have not been arriving but others (including junk mail) have been getting through.

Who are you using for eMail? If you know mail is being sent but not received at all then the most likley culprit for dumping it is the folks you have your email account with and they are the ones to contact.
AOL used to be well known for this sort of thing.0
