Hmm ordered broadband with new supplier few days ago due to old one closing down. Tonight 06/01/11 around 11pm my phone line etc was all turned off few minutes later comes back on with new broadband, Find it crazy how they enabled me at this time of night.

Sky Customer Service is rubbish
Just wanted to vent about Sky's customer service. Whenever I call them, I'm always on hold for at least 10 mins and then get told I've come through to the wrong department - then put on hold for another 10 mins. They also don't have an email service (probably because the staff are illiterate).
