RCI 2 Year Fixed Savings Account
Can anyone tell me why RCI Bank are paying 5.05% AER on a 2-year fixed rate bond, yet it doesn't appear in the MSE top standard 2 year fixes? Birmingham Bank is top paying 4.97%.
