National Grid Rights Issue
Hi, National Grid announced a 7 for 24 rights issue at £6.45 per new share. Among the options are cashless take up "tail-swallowing" or selling of the rights. The price for the rights depends on the market. How efficient are these kinds of markets? Am I naive to expect close to £2.60 (Current share price - £6.45) per new…

Santander Edge + Nationwide Flex limits plus interest.
Hello, I have 4k in the Edge Saver and £1500 in the Flex. Do I need to transfer the interest out the day it is credited to the account? so I don't lose my right to the higher rate of interest. Also the day the interest is credited to the accounts, it would take me above the stated limit of the accounts. Do I lose a days…

Using our cash ISAs for Income and growth.
Quick background: my wife and I have accumulated over many years a reasonable size Stock & Shares ISA portfolio. Why does a bank record medical information?
My savings bank just sent me an update of their privacy rules. It seems really weird to me. It seems they would like to record information about my health for my economic well being??
