Top Easy Access acs Ranked: Top of The Pots - **No Chat**
The aim is to maintain an easy-to-find ranked list of the c.Top 10, available to open & manage online, Easy Access accounts, with links.
The purpose of this thread is to ONLY REPORT on the top available-to-open Easy Access accounts - the list will be always easy to find as it's anchored on page 1, post 2.
There is already a hugely popular 'discussion' thread - recently morphed to: The New Top Easy Access Savings Discussion Area
It would be great if people continued to engage in the related discussion over there, keeping this thread clear, purely for reporting.
Key: AO = App Only; NLA = No Longer Available; WEF =With Effect From (date); EA - Easy(ish) Access; O/l =Online; Quad/Tri/Dbl = Quadruple/Triple/Double Access; EPR = Expected Profit Rate (Sharia); MinFR= Minimum for (the) rate.
The 'trail' is all the posts after the rankings. If it says 'see trail' in the rankings look for the post dated the same date as the entry, as there will be links to more info/links to discussion that would clutter up the rankings.
02/05/24 ETA MinFR
24/04/25 ETA AO
07/11/25 ETA 'The trail...etc'
Note: Generally, I don't rank 'aggregators'.
If I do, I'll put an extra emphasis on the 'Do Your Own Research' (DYOR) - which in essence means, I wouldn't use them - but others may take a different view.
There are several threads on the issue - see here for an example discussion that brings out some of the less-than-clear elements with aggregators and the FSCS deposit protection:
Moneyfarm: is Cash ISA protected by FSCS? — MoneySavingExpert Forum.
Cut off times for same day deposit credit:
One mega contributor @Bridlington1 has produced a useful list of cut off times for same day credit to Banks & BS. Many thanks extended to him.
Happy hunting
