They also seem to have a branch based one but that's only 2.05%, and another Online Limited Access one with a 3 withdrawal limit at 2.05% as well.

Sainsburys Defined Access Saver is now paying 2.75% for balances of £1000+ (1.05% for £1 - £999)

Up to 3 withdrawals allowed in a 12 month period - the rate drops to 0.80% after the 4th withdrawal.

Interest is paid on the anniversary of opening (no monthly option).

According to Moneyfacts, Paragon Bank have launched their Triple Access Account (issue 10), which pays 2.30% on balances of £1 and above.  

It allows 3 penalty-free withdrawals per 12 month period.
