Peel spuds and cut into cubes. Par boil and drain.
Heat olive oil in deep frying pan and then chuck in some tumeric and the dry potato cubes. As they begin to brown, add mustard seeds. Beware.. mustard seeds will begin to 'pop'.
Luverly and spicey ......... eat with chick pea curry or lentil dhal or anything you fancy0 -

sorry if im repeating what othershave said but mash freezes ok, whip up a huge batch to use for bubble & squeak, veggi sheperds pie, cheese pie etc etc bubble & squeak is the best !!!!- prior planning prevents poor performance!

You can freeze the roast potatos if you get stuck and have lots leftThe early bird gets the worm but the second mouse gets the cheese :cool:0
