I think the first anniversary gift is traditionally paper - any ideas? I havent seen the house, so dont know if paper lampshades are appropriate. I'd rather get them a joint pressie than his and hers, e.g. diaries/notebooks, etc. They dont send letters ever, so writing paper is out! Help!!
