Hello, im getting married in May 2013 and have found a beautiful dress on eBay. i have not ordered it yet.. its coming from China but im a bit sceptic about ordering it seeing as ive never tried it on and will it look the same as it does on eBay when i recieve it. The seller is best-love-us has anyone brought a dress from these? Any posts about anyone buying a dress from eBay coming from China and any advice would be welcomed. Thanks

Hiya,
Buying from a Chinese seller is always going to be a risk. If you are going to take that risk, have a read around wedding forums and go for one who is mentioned plenty of times by members with over 10 posts (make sure those posts aren't all about the same company! lots of chinese sellers seem to spam the internet with fake reviews). I have heard good things about the following sellers: Babyonline at DHgate, DressilyMe, Milly Bridal. Haven't used them myself though so this is not a personal recommendation!
If you do decide to go for the one you found on ebay, be aware that the dress is unlikely to be EXACTLY like the one in the picture. If you are very lucky it will be 90% similar. The materials are likely to be fairly low quality. Sequins often used instead of beads etc. If possible, you need to find examples of dresses that they have actually made - they usually just use photos from the original designer. I couldn't find much about the seller you mentioned online, maybe someone with better google skills than me can help you here.
I should also point out that lots of people have had really bad experiences with chinese online wedding dresses, and found it nearly impossible to get even a partial refund.
Good luckI have considered a chinese dress ( probably dressilyme) but still undecided whether I can take the risk...

I've heard good things about DressilyMe too

I bought mine from dressesonlinesale.com & it was perfect. Still not exactly the same as seen online but it wasn't like the nightmare stories I've heard about!0
