Trying to renew my TV licence today Wednesday 26th February 2020. Been trying since 8.30 am & still unable to access it now at 11.20 am All I get is website unavailable message. I have looked at 'Website Down' websites but they say it is up & running. Is the website really down or is it me ??

Lost my BBC 4 HD after prompted to a retune
