Hi all new too the Forum so go easy I had my sky broadband installed 2 weeks ago but my tv install date has been put back till the end of June because of covid-19 but sky have taken the he full bill this morning but I am not allowed too phone them HELP

You'll get a refund or account credit when the call centres are back to normal.
