Plusnet TV (BT TV) Refunds

Following Martin's advice regarding refunds with BT Sport, as a Plusnet customer with BT TV I checked their website and filled in a very simple form and got a refund for the month of May, which was credited to my bill.
I just phoned Plusnet and requested a refund for April and half of March. (I figured that was reasonable as the last live game was on 12th March).
Plusnet agreed to refund all of March and April.
