Return of sky equipment during lockdown

we have just missed our deadline to return our sky equipment as we didn’t feel this was essential reason to go out. I have a chest infection and asthma so didn’t want to go out last week and my husband was unwell. Can we expect a refund once we are able to return this?

    Are you sure the opposite is not true? ie Sky will send you a bill for the non returned items and this could become expensive. They do itemise these charges on their web site.
    Why not contact Sky and tell them you cant return equipment due to lockdown.
    Update:
    If you search the Sky help forum you may find an answer from sky that says they have extended return dates by 30 days.
