My dad watches Asian news channels. They are not broadcasted in UK/EU. They are on Android app which he mirrors/streams it to TV.

Our Virgin package was changed so we removed one box. He said on the phone that he had deactivated it, but it is still working. Is this normal. Should I disconnect everything and send it back. Is it not deactivated and now there will be a charge? Thanks
