Best TV (and remote) for arthritic hands?

My 97-year-old mother just bought a JVC TV and the remote is small and too fiddly for easy use; also today it broke, and she's getting a refund. Any suggestions for alternatives, please? It would be nice if it was a decent sized screen (last was 43") and had simple access to iPlayer etc. Many thanks

Thanks all for your responses. The TV itself no longer works so I'm really looking for an alternative that comes with a better, more easy-to-use remote control. Also I'm afraid I don't buy from Amazon so other suppliers would be helpful! Thanks0
