Connecting Samsung phone to TV
Hi, is there a way to connect a Samsung A52s 5G to a (non-smart) TV (to be able to watch on bigger screen)? I can use Smart View (connected to xbox) but it lags/buffers due to unstable internet connection (using mobile data as no wifi), so I'd like to bypass the xbox and connect directly to TV. I have decent signal/speed…

[Solved] Techie question about tin cans.
HiIt seems steel for tin cans needs to be virgin steel as produced in Blast Furnaces - not recycled steel as produced in modern Electric Arc Furnaces. This quote..."Cans used for food require tin-coated, ultrathin sheet steel made from molten iron." This quote..."Tin-plate is made with steel derived from molten iron, but…

Can I scan in this table of numbers and get excel to open it in a table?
Hi all i enjoy playing with statistics etc, and also enjoy a bet on the races. As you can see in the image, this is a table of stats, which I think is self explanatory. So, you can see that the column where I’ve written the letter ‘A’ in Red shows the percentage of wins from runs. For some reason, this newspaper doesn’t…

New laptop for video editing advice
I have about 2000 video clips each ranging from 2 to 4 seconds long that I want to combine into one big video. I then want to add some music to play in the background throughout the video. I don't need any other fancy video editing features. Do you have any advice on a laptop that I could buy to do this on? I'm not looking…

Google security contradiction
Google is paranoid about security. But it requires me to be signed in to use the chatgpt app, just because I installed it using play store. This means that unless I sign in every time I want to use the app, the security of my google account is compromised by having to remain signed in. Ridiculous! Or have I misunderstood ?

Another Excel annoyance
On my financial spreadsheet I have a number of organisations, some of which have both accessible and fixed term accounts which I list and calculate separately. When I copy across for the next month / week I get those annoying little triangle error messages about 'formula omits adjacent cells'. Is there a way to stop these…

Jeez, I was hoping that was it for questioning for now but ran in to this problem & can't get around it so apologies but here again. MICROSOFT.... UI 7 Samsung update
I totally hate it. Different looking icons on the home screen, phone freezes, access to texts and emails while surfing the net has changed. Now, I cannot turn the phone off and ending/disconnecting phone calls sometimes does not work. Who else hates the update?

Is there an actual advantage to air frying or are we just being sold a pup?
Is there an actual advantage to air frying or are we just being sold a pup? They suggest that it heats up faster than a conventional oven, but that is only because it's a smaller than a conventional oven, but now they are selling built-in air fryers to replace conventional ovens which leaves the same question?????

Broadband connection monitor?
I have a reasonable broadband connection but it seems to drop out quite frequently. I can measure the broadband speed easily enough but what I really need is an app or website that can measure the connection quality over a period of time. Does anyone know of such a thing please? Thanks.

So clueless. I have a Walkman mp3 player. Tiny, light battery lasts a very long time. 36hrs playtime. I do wear it gardening or traveling but still have the wired earbuds that pull out for a pastime. I have a Virgin V6 remote, and I can't use it to control the volume/mute/on-off functions on my new LG TV. Anyone know how to resolve this and successfully pair my remote with the TV.…
