Utility Warehouse Bill Protector in Retirement
Hi, I noticed that my mum is paying £2.00 per month extra for bill protection insurance - she is age 78, I can't see the benefit for her, it's a small amount of money, but if she can't benefit at all from it, surely it's been miss-sold to her, they have her date of birth on record. Any comments appreciated, before I call…

Hi everyone! (This is my first ever 'post' or 'thread' so be gentle!) I'm looking for help and advice. I opened an account with CCF, Calais in 1991. This became an HSBC account after they bought CCF. I had been given a Premiere account (I think from the account opening, but certainly when HSBC 'took-over' in 2000). A…

AA Personal Finance Reclaim
Had a reply from a reclaiming firm. AA Personal Finance has no records of a loan I took out 15 years ago. However the AA have stated they will look into any account numbers I have. Of course I have no Paperwork. Is a firm with a legal department required now? Or should I just give up?
