                    HI Everyone
After reading this website i think i have made a mistake in signing a form for a company to seach for my PPI
Is it too late or can I try and search for this myself. I was sortin my paperwork the other day and the words PPI were on our mortgage papers so I do believe we will be entitled to a payment
if its too late then that's a lesson learnt just wondered if anyone out there could advise
Thank y ou

If you've already engaged them, then you'll need to pay them for any redress.
The good news is that mortgage PPI wasn't often mis sold so there probably won't be any payout.0

The acronym PPI on your mortgage agreement does not indicate that you are "entitled" to anything. To get a refund on this insurance, you'd have to show it was somehow mis-sold to you.. As to your engagement of a Claims management Company, it depends exactly what you have signed. If you've simply signed a Letter Of Authority allowing them to enquire about any PPI you may have had then you should still be able to back out. However, if you've signed a full contract giving them permission to complain on your behalf, it's unlikely you'll be able to cancel this without penalty.0
