Mental Health and arranging what to do with Pensions
I know Martin Lewis wrote a brilliant booklet all about Mental Health and Debt, but does a similar kind of thing exist to help people with Mental Health issues and planning Pensions? My mental health rather than causing me to overspend or splurge, causes me to underspend and panic I dont have enough salted away. I'm now 56…

Help needed to get rid of bramble roots in paving please.
I had to have a new roof recently. My back yard was very overgrown as I am unable to get round to it, never mind clear it. I was left with the remains to have to get rid of but as yet have not been able to and the brambles are coming up again. They are coming up between blue engineering bricks in my yard which I don't…

Sheltered housing and the energy discount.
I live in sheltered housing (Anchor) and charges for heating and hot water are included in the rent I pay. Charges for electricity I pay separately, to an energy supplier chosen by me. Is anybody else is in a similar position to me? I'm just wondering how this impacts the energy discount of £400 we've all been promised?

Wealth
As one enters the twilight of one's life, I often ponder. What do we mean by wealth. How do you know you have died "rich" Is it the money in the bank? Number of homes you own? Number of descendants you have created? Number of people who are there to care and look after you in your old age? Number of people you have at your…

My mother made a Will with a solicitor in 2010/2011. She has a receipt from the solicitor. She is now 95 years old and in hospital following a recent fall. She has age-consistent mild cognitive impairment but not vascular dementia or Alzheimer's. Before her fall, she wrote to her solicitor to see a copy of her Will. The…

Deprivation of assets vs just spending as you go along
If I sell all my assets, turning it into liquid cash, and then spend it and gift to my friends and family to spend. And I mean SPEND, not invest into tangible assets. Like use it to live, see the World, savour Michelin star restaurants, experience VIP Taylor Swift concerts, enjoy relaxing massages and Spa holidays, play on…
