Confusion about parking in a disabled parking bay?
Hi all. Someone said as long as you've got a blue badge, it's absolutely legal for you to park in a disabled bay outside someone's house; even if that bay was done at the behest of a certain housekeeper in the street. If they came out and said you can't park there, would they be wrong? Thanks.
