Autodoc problems - order in limbo with delivery company - no option to cancel

Ordered products on July 13th. Still waiting - 13 August. Contacted company on a number of occasions. Same reply. They said it is a problem with Evri. Refusing to refund or cancel my order as its Evri's problem. But its their delivery service they use. Go elsewhere.

I stopped using Autodoc with Brexit - just too much hassle, especially with the risk of tax/duty charges and delays. That's very likely what's happening here.

No point in jumping through the hoops of using an EU-based supplier. Just order them from a UK supplier. Yes, they're probably a bit more expensive. Just one of those "benefits".

I cannot do anything about whatever the problem is. They told me I cannot get a refund until they receive the order back from Evri. I never received the goods. I cannot get in contact with Evri. Autodoc told me it was a priority last Wednesday. Rang back today. Still a priority but no progress. Its a problem between them and their delivery service. They should do a refund and deal with order return later.

Guessing you payed by debit/credit card.
Contact back for a non receipt chargeback.

I've ordered from them a few times. Not the place to go if you need things quickly but very good pricing. Air con pipes were £80 vs £300 from dealer but took 1-2 weeks to arrive. Hope you manage to get it sorted, very frustrating to be in limbo like that.
