Autodoc dispatch time

Hello, I was wondering if anyone had experience ordering from autodoc?
Want to know how soon do they normally take to dispatch parts to UK? Maybe my expectations are too high, I ordered some parts around 11AM today (Monday) and it's still processing - I would have expected them to dispatch them same day given enough time.
It's a specialist part and I had a look online and din't see any UK retailers stocking it.

They are far from quick. My last order took over two weeks to arrive. That was in October / November. Part of the issue is the parts are dispatched from Germany.
They are much cheaper than Euro Car Parts but the trade off is the long lead time.1 -
Even normal service parts took circa two/three weeks to arrive and that was pre Brexit. They are very slow and if you read the reviews, a lot of times things are substituted for the wrong thing as well.Fingers crossed for you.0

Mine was really quick. It was shipped on the same day, and I received it within 5 working days0

Going to depend on exactly it is coming form given they have bases in 27 european countries. So like the UK it may have been a public holiday. They may have staff issues due to covid? Courier may not have been picking up on Monday.Life in the slow lane0

Original order was £48, I decided to cancel the order and order it with TPS for £113 (collecting tomorrow morning). Hopefully can work and fix the car. They had my order on "processing at warehouse" for 48 hours and I just livechatted and cancelled the order.0

autodoc seem to be a company that doesn't actually have items in stock, and they take the order and then scramble around from their supply chain to fulfill orders.Mister-auto were a lot better, they could get orders out within the same week, dispatch next day, using a 2-3 day courier. But since brexit they've just decided to quit the UK.0
