Setting an energy switch date
I have a current electricity tariff which is due to expire on 9th July - I have found a new deal (with another supplier) which is cheaper than the standard tariff it would be moved onto. I'd like to go ahead and set it up but I'd like to set a date for the switch to take place, is that possible? Many thanks in advance..

I have installed new…

Energy Supplier thinks I’ve left them
Can anyone help I recently contacted Green Star Energy as I hadn’t received a bill from them since September and was worried that I would receive a very large one. I was horrified to be told that I had swapped supplier in February, I actually hadn’t as my contracts ended in May and I would have incurred a £60 exit fee if I…

British Gas
I left British Gas because of the hassle I got over Smart Meters. But boy has it been difficult. Firstly they split my gas and electricity to end each separately, at the end they informed me I was owed £50 quid, so I was waiting for a refund. After a while I got an email from them to say I owed them £70 odd quid and as I…
