Solarplicity

We applied to join Solarplicity for our fuel in December and once the 14 day cooling period ended was given 12th January as a their supply start date. On 12th January as requested we submitted up to date meter readings. Today we had our meters read and the man said that we are still with our old energy supplier. Have tried contacting Solarplicity on the phone several times today but ended up in a long queue only then to be cut off. Wondering as they did not start supplying on the date advised can we now seek another new supplier, can anyone offer any advice please?
