Problems transferring principality ISA
I saved 20k into a principality variable cash ISA last tax year and another 20k this tax year. I now want to transfer the entire balance (40k plus interest) into one of the top one year fixed ISAs, which are as of today with Zopa and Virgin money. Having tried this, neither Zopa nor Virgin accept transfers from…

5K - Where do I put it?
I've got 5k left to put into an ISA for this year (Currently have 15 in Marcus) Debating whether or not to look at a fixed rate (4.32 Hodge Bank) or would it be better to still go with the variable (Trading 212/Plum at 4.98) I know it's a gamble and it's the classic crystal ball scenario. What would others do/suggest here?

Trading 212 - what do we think?
Hi all, New to the forum so please be gentle with me. I want to invest in a cash ISA (haven't used my allowance up for 24-25 yet) and I am seriously considering Trading 212. However looking at the current offer Moneybox seems to have a base rate of 3.95% with a 0.7% bonus, giving a…

Accidentally transferred money into junior ISA
I’ve accidentally transferred an my universal credit payment into my son’s junior isa, which only had £64 in (he’s 10). The bank (nationwide) have said they can’t give it back as it now belongs to the child but it was a genuine mistake. I was trying to move it to my savings account but I clicked the isa instead. Is there…

Clarity over Cash ISA
I deposited 20k in a cash ISA last year and made approx. 1k interest. I noticed that when I login to my account it states I have another 20k "remaining" to invest. I assume this is because of the new tax year. If I deposited it another 20k this tax year will the interest on the 41k be tax free?
