ISA Transfer from T212 to Shawbrook

Just wondering if anyone else managed to transfer from t212 to shawbrook, so I filled in the relevant forms and sent them to there email address, got an automated message saying would get a response within 5 working days, and its been 9 days without anything.
I contacted them via the phone number and get promised a call back and get nothing, this has happened twice now.
The internal secure message aint that great either as they just send a copy of the same response saying send the transfer by post or email, and told them numerous times thats been done, but they fail to respond again through that channel to.
On the phone again with them now (on hold) to chase up again. But was wondering has anyone been successful or i'm just having a bad experience.
Only chose them as they appeared to be decent for the fixed rate. But tempted to just close the account down as it has 0 balance due to me transferring a large sum and move it to a known bank instead as service seems to be poor from Shawbrook.

My DD did this recently with no real issues except she had to get me to print off the form to sign and then send back. Opened on 8th and money transferred by 12th.0

I digitally signed, and today got someone helpful on the phone to say it needs to be printed and signed. Unsure why Shawbrook could not respond to my original transfer message, asking for that. Very odd.
Thanks for the response, guess that might be the issue.
Ive raised a complaint with them to as its poor service from them.1 -

Ive raised a complaint with them to as its poor service from them. Please clarify. Are you saying that Shawbrook are insisting on a wet signature on their ISA transfer form which can then be scanned and emailed back to them?I spoke to their CS about a week ago and when I explained that I didn't have a printer he suggested using Adobe to fill in the form and no need to print. I ended up doing it in my chrome browser and signing with my trackpad before emailing it.Have I done it wrong?Still awaiting for reply to a message I sent. I guess they are busy with being top of the best ISA table.
Edit - Update - I have received a secure message from Shawbrook...
"We have received your ISA transfer form and we have today emailed this across to Trading 212."0 -
Oh you got lucky, when I spoke to them they wanted a wet signature and sent via email or post, I'm going to call them for the 4th time later and get clarity, based on what you did.
As did not receive a follow up response via email or secure message when I sent them the signed form.
I did use Adobe Signature to but they were anti about it with me.0 -
So called for the 5th time today and they got the forms, so hopefully they will progress it now, apparently another 5 working days. So lets see what happens0
