VIDA ISA

I opened a VIDA ISA and initiated a transfer of a past years ISA to them. Unlike ZOPA where I had done the same before and I could see the progress of my request , I cannot see anywhere on VIDA that it has in fact been requested by myself. Has anyone done a transfer to VIDA and if so how could you see the progress?
Thanks
Thanks

Same as me! I’ve assumed they’re working on it in the background. It would be nice to get an acknowledgement of the signed form!Aidanmc said:Growingold said:I opened a VIDA ISA and initiated a transfer of a past years ISA to them. Vida replied to my message, confirmed that transfer request had been sent to T212 and they were awaiting response.1 -
UPDATE Although I couldn't see the progress of my request it must have been actioned immediately. Requested transfer at account opening on Thursday 24th (from Virgin Money). Showing in my account today 26th with a posting date of 25th,Growingold said:I opened a VIDA ISA and initiated a transfer of a past years ISA to them. They didn't require me to send any signed transfer form maybe because the amount was small.

I’d guess that VM do electronic transfers. Trading212 do not - which I think is why a signed form is required (and it’s taking longer)Growingold said:

How do you log into your Vida account? I didn’t receive a userid and I can’t log in using my email address. The ISA exists and I can make deposits but I am reluctant to do so if I can’t log in0

Thanks. I have one email from them, with my ISA details. No other emails. I suppose I might have to wait until tomorrow0

I had 2 emails from them, one nearly instantaneously with my account details and then another about an hour later with my User ID. also they sent me a text saying my User ID had been sent to my email address. Strange you only received the one.friolento said:Thanks. I have one email from them, with my ISA details. No other emails. I suppose I might have to wait until tomorrow

It might need manual intervention, and it is the weekend. I only applied yesterday.0
