Transfer from Tembo cash isa to Shawbrook fixed isa

I have initiated a switch Transfer from Tembo cash isa to Shawbrook fixed isa 
have given Shawbrook the acc- reference number as Tembo don’t use sort codes and account numbers. Also Tembo will have to be switched from from manually as they are not on Shawbrooks list. I have filled out the transfer forms and emailed back to Shawbrook. Anyone else done this ?

Having same problem trying to transfer to Vida. No information from Tembo on how to transfer to another provider. Really regret opening an account with them. Would not recommend to others

Most providers should be able to transfer an ISA based on a reference number however as I discussed in this thread https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/6623332/tembo-isa-interest-rate-reduction Tembo aren't part of the BACS ISA transfer system which is where these problems arise.
