Fit laminate worktop £390
Had a quote to fit 3 x 3m lengths of worktop for £390. Does this sound excessive or ok? I’d assumed it would be half this when I budgeted for it.

Architect cost?
I am planning a single storey extension of around 32sqm. The house has already had a 32sqm extension and I am planning on building on top of it to create 2 bedrooms. An architect has quoted me £400 planning drawings and then £500 building reg drawing. Is this a fair cost?

I have been quoted around 5k for 3meter bifold doors, they are Smarts Visofold 1000 Aluminium. The price includes fitting. I have seen some posts on here regarding prices but they are from a few years back. This feels rather expensive to me. I'm still toying with bifolds vs slimline sliding doors.
