Hi all.
Just had a quote of £675 for refelting a 12ft by 8ft flat roof shed, replacing a broken concrete roof tile on a single storey extension and fixing a small leak on the main house roof. Is this reasonable?

Yes. Anytime you ask someone to go up a ladder onto the main roof, you should expect to pay c£400. The other items reasonably take the cost to £675.The comments I post are my personal opinion. Where I am that would cost around £400 in total (if they are providing all materials) but I don't know where you are so hard to say really.0
