Cavity wall insulation quote seems high

We recently moved into the Basingstoke area. We live in a four bed detached house with tiles on the outside upstairs of one of the bedrooms. I just had a quote of over £4000 for bonded beads insulation.
That seems extremely high to me? I was expecting more like £1000? Am I way off? Is it southern prices?
Cheers

@TheSaint_2 did you progress on this with more quotes? I've just received a quote of £1800 for bead insulation on a three-bed detached near Manchester. I too was expecting more the £1000 mark, but now starting to think a lot of CWI "average prices" listed on line are old estimates and don't reflect genuine inflation or the inflation encourage by the green homes grant scheme.
