Nectar Cards - are they worth it?
Dear All, I'm wondering whether it is worthwhile for me to get a nectar card. We occasionally shop in Sainsbury's and there is one close to my work. Is Online Food Shopping Cheaper?
I have been toying with online food delivery for a while. I mainly shop at Asda. There is a small Asda supermarket near me, which does sell pretty much everything you may need but there is limited choice of smart price items. I am thinking by shopping at the supermarket, maybe I can cut down on my food bill (although it…

Sources of 'cheap' fish?
I'm having to feed my dog a lot of white fish at the mo on account of her liver problems. But it's expensive. Does anyone know of any good value sources of fish? Ie a neighbour has told me he used to get raw fish offcuts from a fish and chip shop for his cat so I'll look into that - but I need to avoid bones

Rapeseed Oil.
I recently started cooking with Carotina which is a mix of Rapeseed Oil and RedPalm Oil available in most supermarkets. I went to open my third bottle today and found that it had white solid matter around the neck (enough to prevent any oil pouring out). Bottle was well in date so I wondered if this was a common problem…
