Looking for alternative to the usual supermarkets

Hi

I usually do all my grocery shopping online at either tesco or asda as I cannot get out of the house in to town due to health issues.
I miss being able to go to the market butchers and getting bargain meat deals. The supermarkets just don't seem as good quality meat.
I was wondering if anyone could recommend a good online butchers that delivers in the Hertfordshire area that I could get some good value meat deals from as I would if I were to go to the market butchers? I had a little look on google but could not find anything other than expensive posh butchers.

Did you have regular butchers, etc that you used before you were unable to get out? If you did, perhaps you could phone them to see if they could deliver to you every now and again.

Where in Herts? If you're close to the route from Luton to St Neots, via Hitchin, Letchworth and up the A1 then I know someone who could deliver.

Sorry it has taken me a while to reply, I was unable to get to the computer but I am in Hemel Hempstead so not far from luton.

Before I got ill I used to be able to go to town and go to the market and get meat from the butcher there, I don't even remember their name now because it has been a couple a years since I last went.
They used to do some really good deals and the meat lasted us for ages, I miss being able to take advantage of that.

Oh, that's a shame, unfortunately you're in the wrong direction. I will ask next time I see him though.
