What are the best fish fingers

Options
I am making a fishfinger buttie today and only have enough fishfingers for another buttie.

Looking to get some more. Prefer haddock over cod. Don't like fish fingers where the crumbs come away from the fish when taking them out of the box.

Not fussed with the price as I rather pay more for some fishfingers that taste of fish than mush.

remember to check the ingredients list, some only had 50% fish, I bought a fishfinger at half price promo, thought itd be fine because it's one of the big brand ( it was either Young's or Birds Eye). It tasted like a fish and potato finger, I felt cheated.

Tesco finest, 6 in a box for about £2.50 - should be called whale fingers!

Absolutely beautiful on bread, with a bit of tartare sauce.

I know expensive but cheaper than going to fish shop and a nice posh "heritage" dish for a dinner.

I'm rather partial to a Morrisons fishfinger. They do haddock and cod and they are both nice. Bird's Eye fishfingers are vile!

Now, what I'm looking for is a really good ready-made tartar sauce. Colemans used to do a nice one but I haven't seen it around in ages!

Colman's is still around. On offer in Tesco (£1) at the moment and often in Iceland.

I would not expect fish finger to be that high in fish.
If I want more fish I just get whole fish that is battered etc.
