The few proper butters that are spreadable (M&S) aren't really spreadable - I want something that you can spread on bread out of the fridge. I never have my reading glasses when shopping & I can't read the tiny writing to see…

The supermarket 5p round up
I searched to see if this has already been discussed - point me in the right direction if it has! Previously I'd only noticed the 5p thing in the context of Sainsbury's putting the prices of products I…

Sainsbury's - at it again?
We've recently had a thread about rapidly rising prices at Sainsbury's. There has been another on MSE's motoring forum suggesting the company has been imposing significant rises in vehicle fuel prices, too. Now comes the revelation that on just one item alone (Sainsbury's sausages) it has fiddled with pack sizes to…

Online supermarket shopping
I live in the middle of nowhere - a 40 minute drive from a decent place to shop. Locally the choice is both restricted and expensive. Was thinking of shopping online. It seems that a couple of supermarkets do home delivery here and one has a click and collect point. Any good/bad experiences?
