Asda Online Favourites List Changing

We shop with Asda online every week and have noticed over the past few weeks that items we store as a favourite seem to drop off randomly. These are items we buy every week. Same items I added again last week have disappeared again.
Anyone else noticed this happening?

Can't say I have, but there's also a "regulars" section so presumably they would be in there and only require you to tick the appropriate box and "add selected to trolley"?That is how I use it anywayEight out of ten owners who expressed a preference said their cats preferred other peoples gardens0

Yes it does seem a bit haphazard. Given how truly awful the Asda website is in general though, it doesn't come as much of a surprise!Stompa0

They have a survey to fill in from the regulars page asking what your opinion is about the feature which I have just done,1

I get my groceries from Tesco, and they operate a 'favourites' list. I was thinking of changing to ASDA, but I find their own lists are full of many many things that I don't buy, and take a long time to plough through. And I cannot see any way of setting up a favourites list. [ I also worry about ASDA's quality but suppose that that is another issue.]0
