Late holiday worried about flight cancellations, when are flights 'safe'?
Hi, we've decided to go on holiday afterall. We normally book a villa and flights separately but I am now worried that I might end up with a villa booked for a destination I cannot reach if flights were cancelled. Is there a period of days before departure after which a booked flight won't be cancelled? Thanks.

Flight to Sofia - is it mis-selling?
Bulgaria is on the government green list for travel, so looks like a possible holiday destination. No need to quarantine on return, just a couple of tests before and after travel. Having booked flights with Wizzair, flying out to Sofia and back from Varna, I looked on the web to find arrangements for Covid testing, only to…

British Airways charging double
Thought you might like to know that my cousin and I were looking at flights to Northern Ireland and the price quoted to her (living in Northern Ireland) was £207 but for me in England on the same website it was £645. I don’t know if it was because she is in NI, but I thought it was worth mentioning.

Are airlines exploiting tall people and failing to meet their obligations under rules of passage?
My daughter is going on her first holiday with her boyfriend who is 6' 7" tall. My husband really values not being treated like a sardine and at 6' 11.5" can just about suffer a short haul flight on a regular airline seat. This is not the case for tall boyfriend: he absolutely needs the extra leg room option. When did it…

Postponing Easyjet flights
Like most people, we've had our original Easyjet flights cancelled about 3 times, starting March 2020. We were finally going to go to France in October but with increased deaths from Coronovirus and daily protests, we just don't want to take the risk. We received an email a few weeks ago from Easyjet saying we could still…

Travelling to LA next year for 3 weeks and just noticed that on my car hire with Budget, through Discover Cars, it specifically states that Third Party Liability is excluded, whereas CDW and Theft Protection, both with zero excess, are included. I inspected the car when I picked it up and didn't see (couldn't see) damage because it was so dark & rainy. Car was then parked at my…
