Unable to change flight with lastminute.com

Hi, I paid extra for a flexible fare but cannot change it on lastminute.com website or app (only shows cancellation when you click on'modify'.) The customer service number 0208 3961209 is inoperable 
This is urgent my son needs to fly home from San Francisco asap
Does anyone have a working phone number for them, or advice? I am going to have to book a flight with an airline if I cant resolve this

Before you book another flight, try contacting the airline and explain you cannot get through to LM. Did you book the flight in the first place as if it was your son, they won't take instructions from you. It might be easier for him to contact the airline in the US and see if they can help

Thanks for advice Alan. Update, I finally got through to Last Minute and they sent me an offer of revised  flight, additional cost £445!. Clicking on link to accept does not work, and they give an 0906 premium number! I will not use them again that's for sure

I'm interested in the outcome. My daughter is having similar issues with changing a booking and getting unhelpful responses from this company.
