KLM Cancelled Flight REFUNDS

Hi - has anyone affected by the recent KLM flight cancellations due to COVID restrictions actually managed to get a REFUND ? I have completed thier online form as suggested and had no reply or update, after two weeks of trying to contact them via phone/messenger/whatsapp I still seem to be getting nowhere with this airline.
Looking at comments on their social media platforms , it seems that they are notorious for this behaviour. I've never had these issues with Ryanair/Easyjet etc , I usually get a refund for flight cancellations within a few days maximum. Any recommendations for my next course of action to get KLM moving on my REFUND ?

Has KLM cancelled the flight or are you no longer able/willing to travel due to covid restrictions at your destination? 

Is there any mention on their website on refund timelines?

Did you book directly with KLM or via an agent/third party?

can you please confirm your flight number(s) and travel date(s) for the planned cancelled flights?

What are they telling you when you call them? I've requested multiple refunds from KLM over the last year using their online form and have had no issues getting refunds.
