Contract Amendments - Is this right
Hi. I work for same co. for few years. I have contract said work 40 hrs a week (excl lunch). which I did. New contract was issued said 35 hours a week. So I worked 35 hours. Now employer said made a mistake and want me to work 40 hours. Can they do that?
