Hi.
I work for same co. for few years. I have contract said work 40 hrs a week (excl lunch). which I did.
New contract was issued said 35 hours a week. So I worked 35 hours.
Now employer said made a mistake and want me to work 40 hours.
Can they do that?

You may find there's a clause in your contract citing "as required" or "as operational needs require" - most do.
Is there any reason you'd not want to do the extra 5hrs?0 -
