I just received an email about commision plan and it says i have to let my TL know i have received it and accept it, I don't know who my TL is.

I got the same email, and I also start training on Monday. As we are new I doubt that we are supposed to reply to the email, as we haven't been assigned a Team Leader yet. Hi all
I just wanted to tell everyone about Teletech. I am now in wk4 of my training and everything is exactly as they claimed. The training is fantastic! I did get paid when they said I'd be paid (and in full!). They also provide the headset etc. free!
