Lack of FVF Offers?!
Hi all, Is everyone encountering a lack of FVF offers since New Year? I only received the 80% offer twice this year on both my eBay accounts. I know it's at random which sellers get it but I used to receive it every 2 weeks before. I wonder if there's a trigger that pushes the offer for certain sellers..
