Always had luck phoning them at 10am, but it's been a while since I have needed to do that. I have become less tolerant
of bad sellers.
I have one on Amazon now, a single part is missing but its a major part and they want photo's... What is the point of photo's
of the items I have received? I need the major part and I cannot take a photo of that because they did not supply it.Censorship Reigns Supreme in Troll City...0 -

The sellers know that a percentage of buyers just won't bother and will let their case lapse, so they are doing this more and more.I suspect that you could probably send a photo (or, increasingly, a video) of just about anything and the bot that receives it will just tick the "photo/video received" box and it will go to the next stage of the claim.

My previous experiences is that the eBay return label (under 2kg) works without issues even though parcel are over 2kg.
My local post office doesn't mention any problem with that even though parcels weight over 2kg.0
