Can bailiff's take things on finance/credit?
I'm just wondering what country court bailiff's can take for a CCJ. Are they allowed to take things on credit/finance? For example Sky Glass TV (on finance with Sky) mobile phones/tablets on contract etc. I've tried googling it but the only information I can find is about cars on finance. Thank you.
