Tesco bank default help

Tesco credit card defaulted 3 months ago but still nothing from who they sold it to etc

i had a text from Tesco to ask to contact on Friday

anyone got an advice on this one or any experience dealing with Tesco please?

Ignore them until you get a letter by snail mail confirming the default.

They may not have sold it yet, these things take time, hundreds of thousands of accounts default every year, and they all have to be written too etc, debts are sold in bulk, many thousands of accounts at a time, debt purchasing companies only buy when they have reduced their current loan books.

Tescos passed mine to Westcot last year & more recently my OH's this year to Moorcroft.
