Can't get Experian statutory report!
I have been going in circles with Experian since 9th October now. I requested it and I got a PIN in the post that didn't work, so then I ordered it via the post, which 10 days later, hasn't arrived as stated and another pin has come in the post... Which doesn't work!! What do I do now as I just go around and around.

I’ve noticed that checkmyfile have updated their website. It’s really bad now. I don’t know why these companies bother changing things that already work perfectly fine. It’s harder to read and the layout isn’t as good. Is anyone else having the same issues?
