2 purchases fallen through after mortgage offers issued
We have to option to move in with family to secure the sale of our property as we have done really well with the equity, however, will the fact we now have 2 hard searches prevent any future mortgage offers? we wouldn't want to get stuck with our family long term. Just looking at a credit report generated via ClearScore and there's a default reported by Cabot. However, there's been an arrangement to pay in place for six months and all payments have been made in connection with it. Is it normal for this still to be flagged as 'default'? Thanks.
