Incorrect default on credit file by JC International Acquisitions

Help please, I have just recently noticed on my otherwise healthy credit file a default registered by JC International Acquisitions. On further investigations this seems to relate to an old account I had with Sky. I do not owe Sky anything and the account was closed in 2020. The default appeared in 2024. I have been passed from JC to BW Legal and they have told me its for Sky and the amount but no other information. It also has an incorrect date of birth. My next step was to complain to the Financial Ombudsman but BW Legal have told me I can't do that as it is not a regulated debt. Can anybody please help me with this.

Sam Vimes' Boots Theory of Socioeconomic Unfairness:
People are rich because they spend less money. A poor man buys $10 boots that last a season or two before he's walking in wet shoes and has to buy another pair. A rich man buys $50 boots that are made better and give him 10 years of dry feet. The poor man has spent $100 over those 10 years and still has wet feet.
