Why does credit score go down when utilising your limit?
My credit score has always been excellent. Checked it today and its dropped to good. Looking at the reasons why it was because i used 50% of my limit last month. I did as i was travelling so used my credit card alot. I paid this off the same day as my bill arrived. So whats the reason for being penalised for using half the…

Unused credit and debit card fraud, how ?
In December 2023 I took out a new credit card with the single purpose of doing a 0% balance transfer to pay off some money. Yesterday…

Aqua "service" e-mails
I always turn all marking off as don't need to be spammed. Two emails from Aqua today, one about I can use Google pay another I can use their instalment plans. They class these as service mailings, but I classed them as marketing, as I wrong? (none of my other CC sent me anything like these e-mails).

Trouble Receiving UK Bank Cards in the EU Post-Brexit — Anyone Else?
Hi all, has anyone else in the EU had issues receiving bank cards from UK banks since Brexit? I’ve been having a frustrating time with this — my bank claims they’ve sent multiple cards, but nothing arrives. From what I gather, the problem might be due to post-Brexit rules classifying bank cards as “goods,” meaning they…

Their ts and cs say payments are first applied to…

It appears Nectar to Avios conversion is not working for me. Firstly, I tried manual conversion, I repeatedly got message "failed". M&S Rewards Vouchers - cannot be redeemed - result of hacking attack
Hi all We share a M&S credit card which we use for all monthly purchases, and one of the benefits is that we get vouchers each month that can be spent on goods with M&S. Sainsbury's bank, as we know, is moving to NatWest. I have a Sainsbury's credit card that I'm looking to do a balance transfer from. Annoyingly, the best deal for me is with NatWest.
